An American woman, Debbie Allen, was driving on a heavy-traffic highway when she realized the cars ahead were stopping. This alerted her, and it took a short time to figure out what was happening.
A confused German shepherd had left his owner’s home and stopped in the middle of the highway. While the dog was on the road, a car accidentally knocked him down, causing him to run away out of fear.
Debbie did not think twice about helping the dog. She stopped her car and went out to help the dog because she could not let him suffer. Searching for the dog’s family was hard because he did not have a microchip. Despite this, the SPCA is committed to ensuring he is back with his rightful family. Finding his family needs a lot of work.
Debbie believes she’s just a normal person, not a star.
