A Firefighter Refuses to Quit

Andrew Klein, a firefighter on the scene, didn’t hesitate. He scooped up Nalu and went to work, performing “mouth-to-snout” CPR. Then, he placed a small oxygen mask over Nalu’s muzzle.

The minutes dragged on. Twenty excruciating minutes passed.
