The post included two photos and a video. Schnitzel’s name comes from Schwarzenegger’s favorite Aussie dish and his nickname.
In the first photo, Schwarzenegger is carrying Schnitzel, who’s contently revealing her belly.
In the video, Schnitzel is playing with Dutch, and in the second photo, Schnitzel and Dutch are in the snow, spending quality time together.
The introduction of Schnitzel to Instagram fans comes after Schwarzenegger introduced her to his newsletter subscribers last week.
Schnitzel joined the family on Christmas. Schwarzenegger expressed his excitement to keep sharing Schnitzel’s pictures and videos with everyone as she grows.
He said she was getting along with them quite well. According to him, Schnitzel and Dutch have already become best of friends and Cherry shows Schnitzel her teeth continuously.
Although Lulu tried to stamp on Schnitzel, Schwarzenegger said that they were working on all the relationship dynamics. However, unlike the others, Schwarzenegger said that Whiskey only cares about her food and not anything else but added that she is sweet.
Schwarzenegger’s love for animals
It’s no secret that Schwarzenegger has an outstanding love for animals. He has a range of pets he cares for. He has four dogs, Dutch, Noodle, Whiskey, and now Schnitzel, plus a donkey called Lulu.
He shares numerous posts of videos and photos of them. In one post, Schwarzenegger shared a photo of him, the donkey, and one of the dogs. He said that he was getting help finishing his newsletter for his birthday, which he was to celebrate the next day.
Schwarzenegger talked about his love for his pets in a Fox interview and explained that they made the quarantine period stress-free and better for him.
“Having animals around you is wonderful. Animals do a lot of funny things, play with you, and roam about in the house,” he said in the interview.
Schwarzenegger also acknowledged how lucky he was to afford the animals, have space for them, and the time to spend with them.
Conclusion
Taking care of animals is not easy, yet Schwarzenegger seems to do it graciously. He shared posts of himself spending time with his animals throughout the pandemic. In one of the videos, he works out as Lulu watches him.
